Does anyone know about online library?

Question:
Online library that allows online reading, membership requirement is ok. I know EBSCO host, usually linked to college library websites.

Answer:
Proquest is another big one. I have access through http://www.apollolibrary.com but I'm not sure if you have to be a registered user. I have a signon with University of Phoenix. But here is their list of database online libraries. You can probably look them up individual to access them. Half the battle is knowing the names of them.
