Master's Degrees in the Northeast?

Question:
Does anyone know any colleges/universities in the Northeast that have Master's Degrees Programs in Sociology and/or Criminal Justice/Legal Studies/Criminology etc. that don't require recomendation letters?

Yes, I know the school won't be that good. But, I don't have a choice. I graduated college a year ago, and the professors I asked for LOR either didn't remember me at all or wouldn't have been able to write a strong enough letter. My employer isn't an really an opition as I'm working at Cumberland Farms right now, and even if that was an opition most schools require 2-3.

That's part of why I want to get a Masters. 2 Bachelor degrees, honor society, and a 3.5 GPA should've been able to get me something better than Cumberland Farms assistant manager, I could've gotten a job like that as a high school dropout.

Anway, back to my question are there any colleges/universities in the Northeast that offer Masters degrees in the aforemetioned programs?
