I am taking online college courses, is it to late to get grant money?

Question: I m a single mother, my college counselor has me on financial aide, but I still got a bill in the mail. My friend told me I should have gotten a grant to live off of until I finish college.

Answer:
You only get a certain amount of money with a grant. There's NEVER enough to live off of unless you get a very high private loan.
