I need a degree or education that will perfect my english,in the likes of the greatest writers onthe planet.I want my english to be better than charlie kaufman,arthur c clarke etc.What do I study?What subject do I choose to studey in College?And can someone tell me what online college or online degree college would be the best for it?

I'm not sure that taking an online degree would be the best way to perfect your English. Immersion might work well - read, speak and listen to as much English as you can manage, practise frequently and enjoy it.
