I think you should probably call her before you meet her in public. If there's chemistry there, the two of you will be able to chat on the phone like you are doing online. Then you can ask her out, possibly with a group of friends, if you're nervous.

i mean its one way of knowing if she like u too is to open up...but before u do that u should know her better...know her real personality in person...you know what i mean?? girl act different esp in person...
plus there's nothing to loss if u ask her out...dont think negative...have some self confident!

I think you should definently go for it. Make sure that you go to a public place. Ask her when a good time would be. Maybe to lunch or something.
