Question:
I am currently a junior in high school. I am very excited about applying for college and i was wondering if now would be an appropriate time. I have already taken my ACT and would like to apply online. I am totally unaware of the online process. PLEASE HELP!
If you know where you'd like to apply, go to each school's website and explore a bit until you find their application info. (Most have a "future students" link on the main page & the one of the first pages after you click that is "Admissions.") If they have an online application (& most do), it will be there. If not, it will tell you how to get a hard-copy. They usually put explicit instructions on all the forms, but if they don't an admissions officer would be happy to help...after all, the school gets money for you coming there (whether from you or a scholarship fund), so they will be quite helpful.
talk to your guidance counselor or the school librarian, either of them should be able to help...
