I Just want to see if everyone thinks what i do about these questions!?

Question:
We are working in a group project for an online college, and the group did not like what i put. So i wanna see if any one had the same input about this like i did. I was supposed to take the answers from everyone else's information, but they dont have good info. I would like to see what you say. Thanks.

The topic i had for this is:

Reexamining Gender Issues in Erikson's Stages of Identity and Intimacy by Horst, Elisabeth A.

Choose three of the following studies found in the Library article search engine Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection.
For each one you choose, describe the study and discuss how it supports or does not support the information you have written in your report about Erikson. Specifically:
Which particular aspects of the theory does the study examine?
Do the experimental or discussion results strengthen or weaken the theory and you ideas? Why?
Do you agree or disagree with the conclusions? Why or why not?

Answer:
The whole point about group working is to learn about influencing, and negotiation. It doesn't matter about what I or any one else thinks, if you know you were right then you were right.
BUT
If you can't get people round to your point of view you have to go with the majority. the best way to deal with this is to give in over minor points, but dig your heels in when you are 100% positive you are right.

Remember learning is about getting ready for life, and part of that is social skills.
