Most study abroad programs I know of require you to already have some semesters of college under your belt, first. And truth be told, for your first year of college, you really want to be getting involved in your new campus and making friends so that you stay motivated to finish (bitter experience). It's also advisable to wait until you have the hang of college before trying to experience it in a new country where you have to learn about the society. Not what you want to hear, I know, but it's unfortunately the truth. Check your school's policies on SA to find out when you can apply for a program through them, you can also apply for independent programs, usually, or SA programs through other schools. All will have different requirements. If you're really serious about wanting to get to Spain as soon as possible, can you take classes in the evenings at a JC in order to have college credits already? Travel there over a summer? If you're really REALLY serious about it, you can always attempt to attend college in Spain as an international student...how's your Spanish? Best of luck, but do be careful.
