Does anyone know an online nutrition course offered by 4 year college, which ends before the end of July?

Question: I just need an introductory nutrition course to enroll my graduate school. A lot of courses are full or don't start till late. Please help!

It's in California. What state are you in? Even with an online class you might be paying out of state tuition rates so look in your own home state first.
