But then again, oh my gosh, Mint tea, spearmint, or peppermint, that may help your tummy more.

Mint tea for the cramps, and some Alieve for the body aches, start with a hot shower, like as hot as you can stand it, then cool it down...

Hello ssmith! I am sympathetic that you fell the way you do. It is most unfortunate. If your mom won't leave you alone then tell her to shut up because you are not in the mood for her babbling. As for your sweatiness I would lay down with a fan or other coolant device. They are usually quite pleasurable. I hope you fell better soon! Farewell!
