Computer Future Question?

Question:
I am so confused. My college offers two different IT programs, CIS and CS. The CIS curriculum seems to have alot of application development classes, whereas the CS degree has the more in depth courses on computers.

I'm a 3rd year college student who only has 60 hours, and in order to finish the CS degree I will need to complete 84 hours. the CIS degree will only require 80.

I don't want to be a programmer my whole life, I'd rather work in Networking, Web, etc.

HELP!

Answer:
That is a tough one. I have a BCIS degree and my school offered both BCIS and CS. If you would rather network then do the CS degree, Web stuff I think falls under CIS or maybe both at this point. I would see how many classes would cross between the departments that you could take or try to major in one and minor in the other so you are thoroughly covered.
Take the CS path as you stated the CIS is primarily programming.
