Try amazon.com or usedtextbooks.com for used titles. I doubt you will get anyone to give you a book which probably goes for over $100, on your word that you will return it. Textbooks are expensive, and most people sell them, not lend them out.
Why not use a library? or may be you could try electronic books. Sometimes I use books.google.com.
