How come no employers would not hire a college grad student with resume and job experience?

Question:
been out of college for 5 years now and looking for a better job and have experience but no one is willing to hire me , i post things online and going to job fairs but nothing helps.

Answer:
Your application needs to stand out to the person reviewing them. Just remember, The person going over your resume gets lots and lots of resume's that look exactly like yours in one day! Especially if you are posting online. One important thing to remember in your resume is to make a lasting impression. Why will the business read yours and like it more than the next person's resume that has the same background? Another thing is try walking into places and asking in person for where to send a resume. Even if they only accept online applications, if you go in, make an impression and ask for information on where to send the resume, chances are the person will seek out your resume once you send it to them. Every job I ever had I made an impression when I walked in the door. Those people waited for my resume. :) Good luck.
I am not trying to be rude here, but you might begin by brushing up your grammar. For example your question would be better worded as follows:

How come I cannot find an employer who will hire me? I am a college graduate and I have a well written resume and work experience?

Most employers expect educated people to be able to communicate clearly in writing and when speaking.
first on ur applacation for a job make sure u write the collage name in full what ur gp was etc. also make sure u spell everything right on it and make sure to call them back in between 2-5 days and ask to speak with a manger ask about ur applacation was not looked at then simpley ask when is a good time to call back. if the mananger is not they ask someone if u know when he or she will be in and whats a good time to try back.
