I am a part-time, adult college student. Where can I find reliable scholarships for my situation?

Question:

I work full-time, attend college part-time and am able for the time being to receive a pell grant. I'd like to start taking more classes (which the grant may not cover) and am wondering if there are scholarships out there that cater to the "adult, part-time student" who needs help with books, classes, etc... I know there are scholarships out there that no one ever applies for, but I don't trust a lot of the online websites.

Check out your school, they should have listings of scholarships. Also, check www.fastweb.com, www.scholarships.com.

you can try to get finiancial aid but i dont think they give it to students taht go to school part time and im not even sure if you can receive that many scolarships due to the fact that you are only a part time student
