i need to lose at least 30 pounds from my pregnancy 1 year ago! i can't use the gym cuz i don't have a babysitter. i don't work, but am doing online college courses. I like to eat, i think about what i wanna eat a lot too. I need things to distract me from eating too much and also need dieting tips and food suggestions. i don't know whats good and whats bad as far as carbs and things like that go. what are some diets i can try that help with weight loss?
every diet is basically the same. Burn more calories then you eat, eat healthy (whole grains, colored veggies, unproccessed foods, etc. )excersize, 8 glasses of water a day & cut out fine sugars. eat five times a day, only healthy snacks. After three kids I am slimmer than ever by following these rules BY the way You can get a job at Gold's gym( or some other gym) in the day care, it's part time, gym membership is free and that solves your babysitting problem.
