I want to go college?
Question:
Answer:
federal student loans such as the stafford does not go by your credit score. just fill out a fafsa at www.fafsa.ed.gov and they will help you get financial aid
i suggest you visit a non -profit credit counseling agency and take care of your debts. Work and go to night school until you have reached junior status. Apply for a loan and go full time the last 2 years and work part time. good luck to you
You gotta get some financial help first of all. There are a bunch of businesses out there to help people like you. I would also suggest looking for scholarships, you will be surprised about the stuff you can get money for.
Good luck in your college quest!
Fill out a FAFSA (free application for federal student aid) Check the box that says interested in student loans. usually these are stafford loans and no one checks your credit. If they did I would be up a creek with no paddle. It is also a VERY good idea to schedule an appt with a financial aid advisor at the school you are looking to get into . It is also best to apply by march for priority on financial aid.
