Online degree?

Question:
i know this is about the millionth question about an online degree, but i feel the need anyway. i am thinking about getting a bachelor's in IT from the university of massachusetts, lowell online. I was majoring in phyics at a college here in illinois but i can't really afford to pay for extra housing at another school as this one doesn't have software engineering programs. Would a propsective employer be willing to hire me as if i got my degree the traditional way. would it be on my diploma that i even got the degree online?

this is their bachelor's program - http://continuinged.uml.edu/online/bsonl...

Answer:
