click on it. It's probably it PDF format in which case you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you don't have that, you can go to the adobe site and download the free version of it. Or, it might be in MS Word format. Try right-clicking it to save to you desktop and see what kind of file it is.
