Focus on your school, outsource the rest.
Start by reading "The 4-hour Workweek" by Tim Ferriss. You can hire someone to help with the kids homework on the Internet for just a few dollars a day. You may not wish to outsource someone to look after your spouse!
My point is, it is just about setting priorities -- enjoy school -- it was important enough for you to enroll..
Outlook on a PDA and a happy, helpful mate is basics but, also have a family meeting and bring the kids into the mix of helping with keeping the house running by taking on (more) responsibilities as a family obligation. I'd also consider making a schedule board for every person in the house so everyone can access it and know what's going with everyone else. Of course have means of communication for everyone (cells) and a back up person (babysitter, friend, grandparent) that can help with any thing that arises suddenly that you and your husband aren't available to handle. Organization and communication on a higher level is the only way to get through this, that and finding sometime for yourself too, don't forget that. Good luck and congrats on going back to school : )
