I agree with the first answer. This is a total scam. The degree is worth absolutely nothing and any employer will find this out immediately when he goes on-line to verify your CV. So you will spend all this money and simply make yourself look stupid, or dishonest, or both. There are lots of such pseudo universities in the USA and the UK so watch your step!
