Online schools, or one where you'd go in person?
If your U of P credits will transfer, Parsons School of Design, which is a very good art school, offers online degrees. They'd be well worth you looking into.
Other schools that offer good quality, online bachelor's degrees in your field include the following:
- The Rhode Island School of Design
- Rensselaer Polytechnic
- Savannah College of Art and Design
- Academy of Art University
- Rochester Institute of Technology
And I think Carnegie Mellon does as well.
If I'm mistaken and you really mean in-person programs, let me know. Ones you'd want to look at include:
- Rhode Island School of Design
- Parsons
- Maryland Institute College of Art
- School of Visual Arts
- North Carolina School of the Arts
- School of the Art Institute of Chicago
And, depending on what sort of visual communications you're interested in, perhaps also:
- Carnegie Mellon
- Rensselaer Polytechnic
- Rochester Institute of Tech
- The Fashion Institute of Technology
- Syracuse University
- UCLA
Art school can be a blast. I hope you do go on. Good luck!
Just make sure that the online college you are attending right now will transfer your credits. I know that University of Pheonix doesn't transfer all of your credits. After looking for Online colleges, make sure they are accrediated by someone.
