I did a application payment online for a online college Anthem College they are theives is there any way I can get my appliation fee back they promised me the money back but now everyone I talked to has quit or something happened to them. I don't know what to do this college was very rude to me so when I asked for a refund I was told I would get it by check in the mail it hasn't came yet and they keep giving me the run around what should I do?

Yeah, get in touch with your credit card company's complaint department and dispute the charges. Your credit card company won't take any crap, and doesn't have a problem with sending in the lawyers if the merchant doesn't comply.
You should have them email you a ststement saying they would give it back to you. You need to have written proof that you are entitled to a refund, to get it back.
