you need to go to that college/univeristies website and look for an application link or information about the college link that will be on their website

Most of that is in hard copy, but it'd be worth ordering the books from barnes & noble or something. Picking the college you're going to study at for the next 4 or 5 years, especially taking a risk and coming from overseas, is not the time to be cheap.
