Question:
I'm taking an online college course and the whole thing is done through outlook express. My problem is that my outlook won't work! It keeps telling me that my MOES.DLL is corrupted or missing. I tried downloading the .dll again, but it still gives me the error message. I tried downloading the whole thing, but when it asks me for my 25 digit code from Windows XP and I put it in it says that the code is invalid. I checked it from the little sticker on the side of my computer and it's right. What can I do?
Answer:
the easiest way is to search for the .dlls on your computer and then replace each one with the new, downloaded one. normally I would paste the .dll in the program file directory, in my windows folder, in my windows system folder, and finally me windows system system32\ folder. failing that, you cvan always check your e-mail on-line without using outlook express, for yahoo mail, o to yahoo.co.uk and select mail, you can check freeserve mail by going on the freeserve page, and you can do the same with any e-mail account by visiting their website.
