I have looked everywhere online and else where and I have yet to find a college in Wisconsin that offers a fine arts program, I dont want graphic design, so please dont get the 2 confused...thank you sooo much. :)

There are so many "Universities of Wisconsin," but there are two that I'm pretty sure that have a art program: "University of Wisconsin, Madison" and "University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee"
At least my dad who lived in Wisconsin says so. I'm visiting and I asked him and there is his answer.
