So, I called yahoo help,as well as email and it done NO GOOD whatsoever..they werent helpful at ALL.The "hacker"changed my password and user info,so I couldnt verify it!!My next question is this:is there ANY other way I can go about getting it back?People on my address list said they ahve recieved viruses from my old address (kiwidew69@yahoo.com) I told yahoo and they didnt seem to even care!What bites is I was getting high up on points on this AnswersRoom.com too under my old name!!Anyone have any advice?I have emails and keep getting automated responses from yahoo and the toll free number said they couldnt help,since I could verify...and like NO I COULDNT WHEN THEY CHANGED MY INFO!!!I have college work in my old inbox too that is very IMPORTANT and am getting behind on my online college classes because of it.help

how did this person hack into your email? was it from another computer. well it doesn't matter because these crooks are too high tech. to think that someone would do something so juvenile. i think i will send a dirty email to that addres. i feel bad for you but i hope you didn't have any personal info in that email. I think the reason yahoo can't help is because they dont know for sure who you are and the hacker outsmarted their security system. my heart goes out to you.
call the better business bureau for help dealing with yahoo
If a hacker got your email address, than you need to close it out and set up a new account for your own security.
