you get online at night and meet men. you tell them you are 22 years old and pose behind the fake pic. then you guys start cybering. you just talk dirty like a ****
one thing you are worried is that someday the girl of the fake pic might find out what you have done with her pic.
if she ever finds it out, is there a chance that she might sue you?

well, she could...but not for much and the chances of her finding out are slim...youd have to cyber w/ someone she knows to get caught
well yea, because u are stealing someone's else identy. Because what if she is walking down the street, and she run into the guy that you are talking to she might get RAPE, because she is act'n stupid like that girl don't know him, and u will be the cause of her death.
