is there any where i can get a loan for personal use? i need office xp/a printer/ microphone for class/ and then this 400 dollar program that my financial aid wont cover
please reply if you know of any. i dont have the money and my financial aid doesnt pay for much

Try going to your bank. Most offer student loans. And I would think you could provide a copy of your transcripts or maybe a letter from the school verifying your enrollment.

Check them out at http://www.thinkfinancial.com If your school isn't on there, just call them and see if they can help you out over the phone.
