If you want to be taken seriously, don't look for an online college to become a Medical Transcriptionist...try Bryman or UEI (in Ca) or something of that nature...better than chancing it on an online college. Better yet, go to community college, transfer to a university, and aim for higher educatiion, it is well worth it in the end!
Honestly, if you are seriously set on an online education, then try to do satellite or distance education from a local universtiy. Most have it. That way you do your work on your own time at home but it's from a university, so it looks better and potential employers will take you more seriously.
