I will be attending a online college from Colorado. Does my criteria enable me to apply for scholarships for texas residence ? and would I be considered a permanant resident being that I have to claim Texas for as long as my husband is military ?
Answer:
ask your husbands senior officer or someone at the base you fall under alot of differant categories not scolarships but grants.you don't want bad advice to make you miss free $$$.it's complicated
