Alright. I need help finding websites online that i can design either a room or mostly fashion design(clothes.) I picture all of these great clothes, I just cant put them on paper. I want a good, free, program that I dont have to go to college or any school for and just design. I would want to let my innerdesigner out. I have these great images, but like I said, I am not a good artist, but I need a program to Help. If you can, please help me. I would like to find a website that will let me design. I do not want to have to sign up or anything. I do not want to have to go to college, So please help!

i dont know a website, but try finding a free download of paintshoppro. its like photoshop so it should be good for what your needing
