Is it possible to enroll in collge course online while being a sophmore in Highschool?

Question:
I am a sophomore in HighSchool and am enrolled in Pre-Ap Classes and I know all about the AP and Dual Credit Programs and i plan on taking them but, i was curious if there is a College online that allows highschool students to enroll

Answer:
Yes, check out a local community college. As long as you pay, you can go.
Check with the colleges in your area, some allow High School folks to attend some classes.
There are some programs that allow high school students to take college level (and high school) courses online. It can be a good option if you are self-motivated and don't have time or access to regular classroom courses. Some programs that do offer these programs include: The University of Miami, Stanford (EPGY), and Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (mostly AP level courses). There are other programs as well - do a search on google for "online college courses" Even some community colleges now offer online courses. If you do plan to take online courses, however, make sure to check that the college is (1) accredited and (2) not-for-profit. Good luck!
