Are there any reputable- affordable online colleges?
Question:
Answer:
check your local city colleges - they often have online classes.
Devry is the only one that comes to mind. That is in Canada, though they might take on international students if you live in the US
AIU Online
Pheonix online
Got to the EDUCATION section of Shopallstoresonline.com - There is a website there that you can compare Online Colleges (they have EVERYTHING by the way!)
Yes...contact your local college. Many of them offer online classes. That's about as legit as you can get. I do suggest you go into their admin office in person, they have a lot of printed information that you can get there.
Good luck!
I am Admissions Officer for Sullivan University e-Learning. We're a lot cheaper than other online schools and we are regionally accredited, so you can get government funding. We have several programs that you can check out on our website: http://sullivanelearning.net/ Call me (Chrissie Dollar) at 866-755-7887 and I can help you out.
I agree with Sharp Marble. However, it isn't necessarily only "local" colleges that offer these on-line classes. You can check any college. They are "on-line classes" for the convenience of not having to physically attend the classes. You can be anywhere in the world and still take them. Most Junior Colleges offer them. I am not to sure about Universities but you could check them too!
Good Luck!
Want to do this online learning with a reputable U in USA? How about George Washington University? Boston U?
It all depends on how committed you are. Cheap is not always the best bargain. For instance Teaching courses in Masters take 2 years online with George Wash.U. Criminal Justice or MBA at Boston U takes about 1.5 years. You need GRE and TOEFL if that is needed. It will cost you a total of $20,000 plus.
Degrees from these people have the same weight and effect as attending oncampus.
Go to: http://www.embanet.com They are authorized to handle applications for these universities. Just make the enquiries and go from there.
Good Luck.
