What is considered graduate?

Question:
I have an AA degree in Business from an online college and 43 credits from another community college. Am I considered an undergrad? I want to go to school now for Elementary Education. My 43 credits, were towards an AAS in Business Mgmt. I have done all GE classes, the leftover are core. Should I start with AAT or go straight for a Bachelor's?

Answer:
You will be better off with your BA. Its the same thing I told my Daughter. Stick it out for a couple more years transfer to a University and get your BA.
If your in a rush to start earning money, dont be. Get your BA. Think of your future. AS degrees mean little. It does not offer the mobility of a Bachelors.

Until you get your Bachelor's, you're still considered undergraduate. I would go straight for the Bachelor's degree. I just graduated with a B.S. degree in elementary education.
You must have completed a Bachelor's to be considered graduate. There are some non-traditional ways to get into teaching without a Bachelor's. Check with you local school district and see if your total credits qualifies you for one of these non-traditional ways. You may only need to take a few courses and then sit for the Teacher Certification Exam.
Until you complete your Bachelors degree, you are considered an undergraduate. I would transfer as many of the credits as I could and start working on my B.A. if I were you.
