Are there any good websites on line that help you get a job abroad without being enrolled in a university?

Question: I would love to work abroad and get the benifets as the university students do but i am online college so it doesn't count. I would be great if there is a site that could help or over an abroad job withouth the university enrollment.

I have a friend who works in South Korea teaching english. She is not enrolled in school. She also did not graduate from college with a teaching degree. She loves the program she went through. She went through footprint recruiting. She wanted to work in Europe but most required a degree in teaching. There are several countries you can go to. There are other options but this is the one I know of for sure.
