What's more important to a college student- Job experience or Money?

Family and friends are urging me to re-think this, as they have found other job opportunites for me online at a Child Care Center and would like me to apply.
I don't know what to do. I need the money but don't want to mess up my future. Please help!

$13.89 sounds good to me-- it depends on your situation, though. Would that be enough for you to live on and pay your bills? A job at a Child Care Center would almost certainly pay less, so I wouldn't take that unless that is the direction you want to be going in. Those jobs are typically $6-8 an hour and I'm not kidding you. By all means keep your options open and keep an eye peeled for better opportunities, but in the meantime being paid a decent wage isn't a bad thing.

At the beginning of your career life experience is very important, after a while believe me experience equals money.
so don't be in a hurry, your curve must go up in both

Get the job experience that pertains and relates to your major. The little bucks now don't matter when your job experience will help you score a solid job later on. Also, 14$ is pretty good, but stick with what will help you.
