Home Depot sells a 10 Watt solar panel.. you can use it to feed a circuit that generates AC... it is easier to regulate speed of a motor if you use AC... because the solar electric panel will develop varying amounts of voltage depending upon the amount of sunlight. if you use AC.. you can regulate it in frequency and voltage.
It really depends on the DC motor in question. If the resistance of the motor is less than 60 ohms, then the 3 volt one will give you the most current (and presumeably, therefore, the most speed). If the resistance of the motor is more than 60 ohms, the 6 volt one will give you the most current, and therefore, the most speed.
To get exactly 45 rpm, you may want to use a potentiometer in series with the solar cell and the motor, so that you can adjust the speed of the motor manually.

Before you do anything, look at the Input plug for your CD. Perhaps you have an AC adaptor? Look at that. The solar cell you choose needs to at least provide that voltage at that current rating. Then, make sure you get a voltage regulator for your solar cell. The voltage can go way up when it is very bright, which could damage your CD player regardless of the current. The voltage regulator should be the component you choose first, and THEN the solar cell which can drive it.
