How come the next solar system is so far away?
Question:
Answer:
It's not .. a mere 19 light years or so . right next door on a galactic scale.
Thats good bud, dude.
Because it is. Don't think there's any other answer.
to make it more interesting .
i dont think its further away for a reason.at this rate you could ask why earth has only got one solar system.
NASA put it there so they could charge for per plane ticket to get there.
No scientist could ever answer that question as their is no law stating solar systems should a certain distance or are at a certain distance apart.
Like their is no reason why the planets are certain distances.
Yet anyway.
there is a reason why planets are at a distance, its so that they dont crash into each other.
How come you are still on this planet?
Well it will do you good if you want to visit it
Just think what a lovely little walk
that depends on your perspective, if you were a mega-giant then it would be so small you wouldnt even think about it.
On the scale of an atom, the next electron is so far away. I think these systems are similar (as in similar triangles).
Didn't you have the four billion coins to phone home?
"Solar" is the name of OUR system. It is named after our sun, which is named Sol in Latin. You wanted to say 'star system'.
As for your question, celestial bodies are so big that if they were not spaced they would gravitate toward eachother so if there was a system really close to us, we would collide with it.
the universe is big
Because space is a very big place - and we are not!
It's only a question of viewpoint. It's only one of those situations when you're suffering from the problem of so close still so far away.
Did you to mean to have that near you and call the same Henric System?
