Can these be explained by the solar nebula theory?

Question:
Extreme temp. on Venus?
The exliptic plane
the orbit of pluto?

Answer:
No.

The temperature on Venus is explained by the extreme concentration of CO2 and other gases in its atmosphere, a kind of mega greenhouse effect.

The ecliptic plane of Pluto's orbit is usually explained by saying the it's actually an asteroid from the Kuiper belt that got knocked closer in than before by a collision.
the extreme temperature of venus is due to conditions after the formation of the solar system, since it was so close to the sun it was very hot. its atmosphere got thicker from volcanoes on its surface and caused a chain reaciton making it the hottest spot in our solar system.

the ecliptic plane can be explained by the solar nebula theory, since all of the planets were formed out of the nebula which was disk shaped. almost all of the planets are on the same plane. pluto is an exception because it's so small and far away. this is also why all of the planets orbit in the same direction.

the orbit of pluto is a random thing caused in the earlier days of the solar system. i wouldn't consider it to be explanable by the solar nebula theory.
The only one that fits the solar nebula theory is 'the exliptic plane.' Exliptic is correctly spelled 'e-c-l-i-p-t-i-c'
