No... that is a product for suckers. We bought one here at work for a bet and it made a 4 degree difference. then we tested it against a car with the windows cracked and the car without it (and the windows cracked) was 10 degrees cooler! Don't waste your money. Crack your windows instead!
no i seen it get tested there is only a 2 deg diff between the car that had it and the one that didn't have it
