What are interactions among solar, weather, and ocean systems?

Question:
out on a limb guys.please help me out!

Answer:
Guys?
Anyway, the ocean and the atmosphere exchange moisture and heat and energy through winds and waves. The solar heating of the atmosphere and the ocean comes of course from the heat of the sun's rays. This causes for example the surface of the ocean to heat up, and that can be a source of energy for hurricanes. Its really neat stuff to think about how they interact and get some intuition about. Simple differential equations make it easy to see the interactions, if you take a little time to think about what they say. Good question...but not only guys know cool stuff!
Without the sun, the other systems would not exist. It evaporates water from the ocean to create different type weather, such as rain. It also affects the ocean systems because it changes the volume once evaporation takes place.
There are two effects of solar interactions and the ocean system. First is the deep sea currents. They flow from the north pole down the Atlantic and end up in the pacific rim. It is the life blood of the ocean. The flow is based on ocean salinity. Saltier water is more dense and therefore moves down. As it does so it creates a current. It takes about 2000 years for a drop of water to make the full journey so you can see how slow the current is. As the Polar caps melt the oceans become less salty and the flow could stop.

Second is the general heating of the oceans. This is what is causing the increase in hurricane activity around the world. It is also responsible for the "El nino" and "La nina" weather patterns.
