How do i make a solar panel?
Question:
Answer:
You don't; you buy one. Making photovoltaic panels is a hi-tec industry. It uses similar technology to microchip manufacture. Everything has to be super-pure and super-clean. Manufacturing facilities start off at around $2 billion and require the skills of many different specialists. The good news though is that costs are rapidly coming down. I remember back in 1962 when Telstar, the first geostationary telecoms satellite that allowed transatlantic TV transmissions, was launched, it used the same photovoltaic panels as a $2 garden light does today. Telstar was the only application that could afford photo panels. They cost millions back then.
if it really worked that well dont you think we would be using more of it now? you are the engineer, you do it, sheesh im just ,,,,,,,,, well i am anyway
I don't know if you can make it cause it's a pain in the *** but you can certainly buy them. Just now they just discovered a way to make them 50% more effective, and they're just about to make them into actual shingles. You do need to make an investment because they're not cheap.
For your power bills, get a ceiling fan. It will regulate your AC temperature.
