There are many stars with planets. There are no outher star named "sun" however, so there is no other solar system in the universe. There are theory of symetric antymatter universe that match excatly ours, but even then the sun equivealen would be named "-sun" there :)

A solar system consists of " A star and some stuff orbiting it aka planets" Not all stars make up solar systems, there are a lot of stars out there without any planets. But the vastness of the universe is hard to comprehend and many many many stars that you can and/or can't see at night are parts of a solar system.
