5 Stages of Solar System Formation?

Does anyone know the five stages explaining how our planet formed? Does it have to do with The Nebular Theory?

Answer:
Phase I - Condensation
Phase II - "Coagulation"
Phase III - Accretion -> kilometer scale planetestimals
Phase IV - Runaway Growth - "Oligarchy"
Phase V - Migration

There were not 5 stages! God created the whole solar system on the 4th day of creation. He may have worked in stages, but as far as we know, He just spoke.
