Can..we reshaped the solar systems by bring smaller bodIes /planetoids form the outer solar system closer to?

Question:
to the sun, and in ordital planes in the habatal zone around our sun,or even on the EARTH's same orbital plane of distance .
I mean if coments can take any where form a few months to a few year to cross our solar system why we could not use explosion and the like to pertubert some of these bodies inward for colonzation.

It just migth save on leaving our star system JUST YET and provide new areas of near exploration

Answer:
You're nuts. After trying to decipher your note I can't figure why you would want to trap comets etc in our orbit. They're just big inhabitable rocks for the most part. It would be like trying to colonize the moon - no air, no water, no real chance for any life to exist. If inhabiting a body like this was remotely feasible they would likely take a crack at the moon before trying to add extra bodies to the system
we could but it would probably screw up the orbits of mercury Venus Earth Uranus and Pluto
