Is having air bubbles in solar films normal?

Question:
I just had solar films from a well-known brand installed onto the front, back and 4 windows of my car, and i notice air bubbles and water marks right after collection. These caused blur visibility when i was in the car. My friend who have had solar films installed didn't face this problem.

The sales person told me that it's normal to experience air bubbles and water marks right after installation and they will disappear in few weeks' time.

Is it true?

Answer:
Air bubbles do not disappear on the solar tint. Whoever installed your tints did not do a good job because that is the one thing they do to instal is remove both the water and air bubbles from the tints. Air bubbles would make them to start peeling faster.
only if a idiot put it on
Whew. .some answers are pretty tough. The answer depends on the type of film installed. Metal films dry more slowly and it also depends on whether the car was in the sun or not. Dyed films dry faster.

If the problems continue -call the shop and discuss these bubbles. If the shop is reputable, they will make your problems go away.
