Solar seems to be the one that will have the most application worldwide, but naturally the more sun you get the better. Many products are rapidly being developed for this.
Wind is quite good, whether it is offshore or onshore.
Water, again quite good, provided you don't create some monstrosity like that three gorges dam. Tidal turbines are better.
