Why are my solar lights not all lit to the same brightness?

Question:
They are all brand new; all from the same box; all in the same sunlight.
They have a battery in each one, and some sort of liquid. Does it have anything to do with the liquid level? Some of the lights are full, some empty, and some in between...

Answer:
Return them and get a refund. Consider buying another brand too. The chances that the whole batch that your BigBoxStore got, was defective, is real good these days. Honestly...this stuff that these stores are having manufactured in China is just the worst. And all of them (the big box super stores) are betting that you won't return this garbage to them. Please make their bet, a losing one.
