No, 10 solar panels only equal 15 volts DC. Appliances need 110 volts AC.
check the peak wattage etc.

Depends on how many panels you have and their power output.
The output needs to be greater than the power required by your TV, since the output varies with the amount of light falling on the panels. With most common panels, 10 are probably not enough.
it would depend on the wattage of each panel, and if you have an inverter and what the power range of that inverter is...
probably, if you have a lot of batteries and the panels are big enough, AND you get enough sun, but not at the same time. and the whole solar panel thing does not mesh with air conditioners
