Why did god create other planets in our solar system?

Question:

Answer:
God didnt create any of the planets in the solar system, he doesnt exist. However if you choose to believe he does and is the almighty creator, then why do you have to be so conceited that you think only earth is the planet that matters.
Why create other stars and planets for that matter?
why not?
because hw wanted to
so we know he exists
they were here before..

sorry :) god didn't create planets.. i don't think thats part of the story
To revoke their status as a planet, like pluto

To make people wonder think study and explore.
The bible does not say why I think eventually we will know the answer. But, this is not important to our salvation right now. Only to our curiosity.
He didn't
balance.
so we could have something else to study besides the anatomy of ourselves!
To trick us into believing something other than creationism.
It may have been useful in the past or it may be useful in the future. Also it gives us hope of other plants in other solar systems -- some of whom likely have children of God as well.
Cuz he forgot
Jupiter's certainly important. It sweeps up the vast majority of roving lumps of rock that would otherwise give us Global Killer class impacts every thousand years or so - instead of the 50,000,000 years between each that we have now.

With that many large impacts, evolution would never have a chance to get going, because the whole biosphere would be reset back to chemobacters every few centuries.

Dunno what the others are for. Pretty, though, ain't they?
